Create tropical evening mocktails with Nadia Lim's Avocado Pina Colada shake - or as we like to call it: an Avocolada!

Time: 10 mins Serves: 3 Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients:

4 cups frozen pineapple cubes - you can use fresh or canned pineapple
Flesh of 1 ripe avocado
1/2 can coconut milk
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 ripe frozen banana
1-2 tablespoons liquid honey, to taste
Small handful of ice cubes

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
