5 mins 4 Easy Avocado Tzatziki & Tomato Toast 20 mins 2 Moderate Sachie Nomura's Thai Beef Salad with Avocado My Thai Beef Salad is one of my favourite salads to have for lunch or dinner and adding avocado will give a beautiful creaminess to the salad. You don't have to marinate the beef over night but the longer you marinate, the better the flavour is! If you can't find green papaya, you can substitute with green beans or mango. 10 mins 1 Easy Avocado and Crunchy Bok Choy Slaw Brown Rice Salad This recipe is perfect for a quick, healthy lunch, full of fibre and healthy fats. It's perfect to take to work in a lunchbox - so you can avoid the unhealthy bought lunch trap! 75 mins 4 Difficult Avocado and Prosciutto Pizza Avocado and prosciutto go so well together on pizza, and this recipe is a real crowd pleaser! If you don’t have prosciutto, use chopped up pieces of crispy bacon.
