200g tzatziki dip
1/2 an avocado, peeled, seeded, finely chopped
4 large slices multigrain bread, toasted
2 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
Combine the tzatziki and avocado in a small bowl. Spoon evenly among the toast slices and gently spread with the back of the spoon. Top with tomato slices and serve immediately.
