A quick and delicious smoothie, easy enough for the kids to make themselves and packed full of super food goodness.

Ingredients:

1/2 a New Zealand avocado

1 banana

1/2 a cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 cup of milk

1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

Method:

Blend all the ingredients together, serve immediately
