It's apricoto'clock! Antioxidant-rich apricots blend beautifully with avocado and almonds for a smoothie that's packed with heart-healthy fats and flavour.Time: 2 mins Serves: 2 Difficulty: Easy
1/2 ripe avocado
2 apricots (stones removed)
2 heaped tablespoons of almonds
2 heaped tablespoons of coconut chips
1/2 teaspoon of stevia
1 glass of ice
1 glass of water or your choice of coconut water, nut milk or dairy milk.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Pour into two mason jars and serve with a sprinkle of coconut chips on top.
