Acai Bowl with Nutritious New Zealand Avocado


  • ½ New Zealand avocado for blending
  • New Zealand avocado slices for topping
  • ½ frozen large banana
  • 150ml apple juice
  • 2 packs frozen organic acai puree (SAMBAZON)
  • Granola or nuts


  1. Blend avocado, frozen acai puree, frozen banana, apple juice in a blender.
  2. Pour blended acai and add toppings; avocado slices, crushed granola or nuts on the puree
