A quick and delicious smoothie, easy enough for the kids to make themselves and packed full of super food goodness.

Ingredients
- 1 raw beetroot chopped
- 1 small or 1/2 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1/2 tspn vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup Almond Breeze
- Kenwood blender
- To serve
- 20g Sanitarium Options, Manuka Honey with LSA
- 5-10 blueberries
- Sprig of Palmers mint
Method
Put all ingredients except muesli in blender and pulse until blended
Garnish with cereal, frozen berries and a sprig of mint
