Red velvet smoothie


  • 1 raw beetroot chopped
  • 1 small or 1/2 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 tspn vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup Almond Breeze
  • Kenwood blender
  • To serve
  • 20g Sanitarium Options, Manuka Honey with LSA
  • 5-10 blueberries
  • Sprig of Palmers mint


Put all ingredients except muesli in blender and pulse until blended

Garnish with cereal, frozen berries and a sprig of mint
