Asian-inspired Avocado Salad

In a pan add some oil , break Ramen into small pieces fry until golden brown and crispy or Roast for 5 to 6 minutes in oven at 180° In a Mason jar all all the dressing ingredients shake until well incorporated. Make sure lid Is well fitted and tight In a serving plate or a bowl add salad ingredients, then pour dressing all over the salad and toss well . Add some Crunchy peanuts , Ramen noodles on top , serve and enjoy .

Asian-inspired Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - Packet of Ramen noodles ( Roasted )
  • 2 - Carrots ( Shredded)
  • 2 - Cups Lettuce ( shredded)
  • 2 - Avocados ( Sliced )
  • 1/2 - Cucumber ( Sliced )
  • 1/4 - Cup peanuts
  • 1tbsp - Ginger Julienne
  • Toasted Seasame seeds
  • Handful Garlic Chives for garnish
  • DRESSING
  • 2tbsp - Garlic infused Avocado oil / Olive oil
  • 2tbsp - Rice Vinegar
  • 1tbsp - low sodium Soy sauce
  • 1tbsp Honey/ Agave
  • 2 Mandarins or Use Mandrin tin
  • Salt & Pepper according to your taste
